    Torsion MAXISHEAR Hi-speed, Hi-shear mixers rapidly dissolve and disperse viscous solids, semi-solids and powders more effectively than any other mechanical mixing system. A specially designed impellor produces high level turbulence to dissolve almost any food product in the most efficient method available, guaranteed. Most soluble products can be totally dissolved in less than 3 minutes for complete hydration, total liquefactions with NO burn-on as with conventional mixing systems.


    Dissolve Stabilising gums and emulsifiers like sugar, CMC, guar and gelatine, frozen butter, cream caseinates, juice concentrates and whey solids. Dilute tomato paste and fruit purees. Disperse powders like flour and cocoa. Deaerate rework icecream for re-use or re-freeze. Rehydrate powdered eggs, milk, whey and potato for dips and batters. Construction ASTM Grade 304 Stainless Steel standard or optional Grade 316 Stainless Steel. Drive motors can be supplied in 415V 3 phase 50 Hz fixed or variable speeds to suit your application.

    Torsion can manufacture units from 100 litres to 5000 litres capacity with either a direct coupled motor drive assembly or in low profile side mounted assembly. Common options include cavity plate body for heating or cooling, insulated body sheathed in stainless steel, in-line operation allowing continuous feeding of ingredients and continuous discharge from impellor outlet, C.I.P. spray head assembly, standard or 'flush' type mechanical seals, swept surface agitators for cylindrical units for post mixing processing.
