Torsion MAXIBLEND ribbon blenders are designed and manufactured in Australia to World Best Practice standards. Hygienically designed with no dead pockets or ledges for intimate blending of fine or coarse foodstuffs, granules, powders, pastes, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and wet products.

Custom designed to suit your particular application and ruggedly constructed from ASTM Grade 304 Stainless Steel as standard, these blenders can be single or double shaft units and feature the following advantages - Capacities from 250 to 5,000 kilograms, Rotors with single or double-spiral ribbons, Standard central butterfly or ball valve discharge, Cleanable plug seal standard, access lid c/w internal grid and safety switch on all models and Sanitary internal finish with radius corners.

Options include - ASTM #316 Stainless Steel construction, paddle type rotors, flushed mechanical seal or stuffing box, Dimple plate jacket to bowl for cooling or heating processes, Clean in place (CIP) manifold fitted with spray balls, Single end discharge gates for complete product discharge and manual or pneumatically operated central knife gate discharge.
