Torsion FLEXIDRIVE hygienic powered curve conveyors are designed and manufactured in Australia to World Best Practice standards. Belt support decks are available in flat sheet or in-deck roller design to reduce belt friction when conveying heavy or bulky items.

End rollers can be standard Ø16mm live knife edge transfer for small products or Ø50mm roller for larger products depending on your application. Chain tensioners can be manual or pneumatic for automatic trouble free operation. Belts can be supplied in a range of materials to suit your needs.

Construction ASTM Grade 304 Stainless Steel standard or optional Mild Steel with industrial powdercoat gloss finish. Drive motors can be supplied in 240V 1 phase 60 Hz or 415V 3 phase 50 Hz in speeds to suit your application.

Torsion can manufacture units in 45˚, 90˚ or 180˚ configurations ranging in useable belt widths from 300mm up to 1500mm with inside turning radii from as little as 200mm.
