Torsion FAR roller conveyors are designed and manufactured in Australia to World Best Practice standards. Designed as a reliable means of transporting and accumulating medium to heavy unit loads.

Torsion's unique driving mechanism provides controlled acceleration of loads, quiet operation, extended life and low cost ownership. Torsion has developed a unique driving mechanism, achieved by housing the clutch arrangement within each roller. Clutches are pre-set to drive a variety of loads being handled at the same time allowing limited line pressure accumulation in the event of the introduction of a line stop.

Drive to the rollers is via a continuous precision chain maintained in contact with the driving sprocket by means of a polyethylene guide strip. The motor / sprocket arrangement is sized for the specific application and the drive assembly is mounted within one of the conveyor side frames, but fitted with removable guards for maintenance access.

FAR conveyor units are available in straight or curved sections to suit your needs. Construction ASTM Grade 304 Stainless Steel standard or optional Mild Steel with industrial powdercoat gloss finish.
